We had a special property of land in the Sandia Park area that we decided not to build on. We were referred Jonathan Hamilton by a family friend, and he met with us right away. A week later, we had the land on the market, and it sold two days later. That land was very sentimental to us and Jonathan took great care in the process of knowing that. We listened to what Jonathan recommended and moved forward each step of the way. It was such a smooth process, and we are happy for the new owners and their future plans with the land.

Jonathan is professional, patient, and oh so efficient. He knows how to help clients buy and sell in a timely manner, and went above and beyond for us. The Coldwell Banker system is so connected and streamlined, the way that the realtors all band together to help their clients is amazing - excellent service!

He was with us through the inspections and all the rest of the presale experiences. He found a user for the freezer in the garage we did not want to adopt and, for another client, collected some of our used moving boxes for them. We would certainly use Jonathan again, hopefully not too soon, and would highly recommend him to our closest friends. He has a very happy combination of thinking and feeling which serves him excellently in this roller-coaster ride of finding a new home.
